Overview
A biocidal surface treatment formulated to eliminate existing mould, algae, lichen, and fungal growth on internal and external surfaces, and provide lasting residual protection against recolonisation. Active ingredients penetrate porous substrates to target growth at root level, not just the visible surface layer. Compatible with subsequent painting, waterproofing, or insulation work and compliant with European Biocidal Products Regulation (EU BPR 528/2012). Internal-grade formulations are odour-minimised and safe for use in occupied residential and commercial spaces.
