Hydrophobic Facade Impregnation

Invisible protection. Surfaces stay dry — without changing appearance.

A deep-penetrating silane-siloxane impregnation that bonds chemically with mineral substrates — concrete, brick, stone, and render — lining the internal capillary network with a hydrophobic layer that repels liquid water while remaining fully vapour-permeable. The surface appearance is unchanged after treatment; water beads and runs off rather than soaking in. Prevents the freeze-thaw damage, salt crystallisation, and moisture-driven deterioration responsible for facade spalling and staining in exposed climates.

  • Invisible treatment — does not alter surface colour, texture, or sheen level
  • Fully vapour-permeable — substrate breathes normally while repelling liquid water
  • Prevents freeze-thaw spalling by blocking water absorption into the capillary network
  • Reduces carbonation rate and chloride ingress in concrete and masonry facades
  • Long-lasting protection — 10–15 year effective lifespan on most substrates
  • Low-odour, water-based formulation — suitable for occupied buildings and heritage sites
  • Natural and artificial stone facades and cladding
  • Exposed architectural concrete and masonry
  • Rendered external walls and heritage structures
  • Balustrades, parapets, and horizontal exposed concrete surfaces
