Structural Concrete Repair Mortar

Restore deteriorated concrete to original design strength.

A range of polymer-modified cementitious repair mortars engineered to restore structurally degraded concrete elements — spalled cover concrete, carbonated zones, chloride-contaminated sections, and mechanically damaged surfaces — to original or enhanced performance. Formulations cover hand-applied and spray grades for vertical and overhead surfaces, rapid-strength variants for minimising structural downtime, and micro-concrete pourable grades for heavy section repairs and formwork applications. All comply with EN 1504 principles for structural concrete repair.

  • Restores section to original dimensions with equivalent or enhanced structural performance
  • High bond strength to existing concrete substrate — resists delamination under load
  • Low-shrinkage formulation prevents cracking during and after the curing period
  • Compatible with cathodic protection systems for chloride-affected reinforced concrete
  • EN 1504-compliant — verifiable performance for infrastructure and public sector works
  • Rapid-strength grade achieves 25 MPa in 4 hours for traffic-critical structural repairs
  • Bridge deck soffits, beam repairs, and column wrapping
  • Reinforced concrete columns, beams, and slab edge repairs
  • Marine jetty, harbour, and coastal structure repairs
  • Industrial floor slab and loading dock structural repairs
