Commercial Building Restoration

The challenge

A five-storey commercial building in central Limassol was experiencing chronic roof leaks and significantly elevated interior temperatures during summer months — driving high air-conditioning costs and tenant complaints. The existing roof had multiple previous repair attempts that had failed.

The outcome

A complete Numastec roofing and thermal insulation system was applied over the existing substrate. Leaks were eliminated and interior summer temperatures dropped measurably, reducing the building's annual cooling energy consumption. The project was completed without interruption to any commercial tenants.
