Crop Production Facility

The challenge

A large-scale crop storage and processing facility required seamless, washdown-safe flooring across 4,000 m² of production and storage area. The floor had to withstand heavy forklift traffic, chemical cleaning agents, and moisture exposure from produce storage.

The outcome

The Numastec industrial floor system was applied as a 4 mm self-leveling epoxy screed across the full production floor. The seamless surface passed food-safe certification requirements and significantly reduced cleaning time and bacterial risk compared to the previous jointed tile floor.
