The challenge
An aging flat roof on a three-storey residential property was showing active leaks and thermal bridging. The client required a solution that could be applied without disrupting occupancy and without removing the existing bitumen membrane.
The outcome
The Numastec ceramic membrane system was applied directly over the existing substrate in two coats. The roof was made fully waterproof, UV-reflective, and thermally improved without demolition or structural work. No displacement of occupants was required.
